Why this product is different
Saffron from Aït Bou Oulli grown under certified organic farming, with lab analysis available. Flowers are picked in the morning in autumn, stigmas are separated by hand and only red threads are selected. The threads are dried in the ONSSA-licensed Aït Bou Oulli unit.
Where does it come from?
Saffron farming covers more than 350 hectares in Azilal, often in small plots worked by small farmers.
