Why this product is different
From old local walnut trees in Aรฏt Bou Oulli and other Azilal areas, under certified organic farming. No chemical treatments are used; the trees grow along streams and are irrigated by them. Cracked on demand in the Aรฏt Bou Oulli unit to preserve kernel freshness.
Where does it come from?
The season starts in September and runs into early October. After harvesting and drying in the unit, walnuts are opened gradually as needed, then kernels are sorted and prepared.
