Why this product is different
It comes from Azilal and zakoum pasture, one of the daghmous-type plants known in the region. The throat warmth is relatively light and usually short. Its profile is milder than daghmous, for a characterful honey that is easier to eat.
Where does it come from?
We select it from beekeepers we know, with follow-up from a honey specialist. The word free is not enough: pasture, beekeeper and traceability matter.
